In addition to our flagship Cisco products, Mindsight also offers an array of solutions from Meraki, a division of Cisco. Meraki offers cloud managed switches, wireless routers, firewalls, and desk phones. With these networking devices, IT administrators can centrally manage their entire network from an online web portal instead of manually configuring switches and routers throughout the network.
On the contact/call center side, Mindsight is certified to deliver all three of Cisco’s core contact/call center platforms: Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) and Packaged Contact Center Enterprise (PCCE). In order to design and deploy UCCE or PCCE, Mindsight earned the Unified Contact Center Enterprise Authorized Technology Provider certification, a distinction given to only a handful of partners in the Chicago area.
