Mindsight’s managed network services deliver support in whatever capacity you require. Our highly-certified engineers can monitor, maintain, or provide proactive support for any on-premise network device. Managed Network is available in one of three service levels.

Managed Network Services Levels

N-Aware (required for all managed network agreements)

The Mindsight team provides 24×7 alerts and monitoring of your network environment. This level includes:

  • Monitoring network switches, routers, and firewalls
  • 24×7 Network Operations Center (NOC) Issue Notification
  • Single point of contact through a dedicated Technical Account Manager (TAM)
  • Access to the Mindsight Monitoring Customer Portal


N-Manage includes all of the same benefits as N-Aware, but this package also enables our team to react once a problem has been identified. This level includes:

  • Diagnosing intra-office and office-to-office network connectivity and performance issues
  • Coordinating hardware end user support in conjunction with a 3rd party maintenance agreement
  • Troubleshooting and coordinating with vendors during Internet and/or MPLS outages
  • Syslog retention for device logs
  • Routine device configuration backups


The most involved level, N-Change, includes everything offered with N-Manage, while also expanding troubleshooting capabilities. This level includes:

  • Proactive support for the environment
  • Moves/Adds/Changes
  • Simple changes to LAN network services and firewall rule sets
